In 2005, STEI Tazkia started to implement ISO 9001:2000 quality standard for higher education and eventually on the 23rd of May 2007, STEI Tazkia received certification from SAI Global and KAN, a quality standard management assessing organisation based in Australia.

To maintain that standard, STEI Tazkia established Centre of Quality Control which aim to improve the quality standardised by ISO 9001:2000 as well as to comply with standard set by Higher Education Accreditation Board (Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi – BAN-PT) of the Ministry of Education and Culture. As the consequence, all departments in STEI Tazkia are undergoing or have completed their accreditation process.

On the 29th of December 2007, BAN-PT had assessed and decided to award the department of Islamic Business and Management the accreditation, graded ‘good’. This stands testimony to the unrelenting effort from academic staff, supportive community, the student body as well as the management to ensure that the learning process in STEI Tazkia is capable of producing competent, and high-quality graduates.
